05. ANIMAL COLLECTIVE - MERRIWEATHER POST PAVILLION
Theres not much I can say about this album that hasnt be said before. Personally I prefer both Sung Tongs and Feels to Merriweather but just because its the third best Animal Collective album that doesnt mean its not head and shoulders above most other bands output. This is probably AC’s most pop album and therefore their most accessible and tracks like Brother Sport and My Girls confirm this. Give this one a few years it will be heralded as a classic.
